In December 2021, Pronghorn successfully completed 4,000,000 hours of work without a lost time incident.  The magnitude of this achievement is remarkable.  Yves Tremblay, President & CEO said,

Four million hours represents approximately 2,000 employees working for an entire year without an employee sustaining an injury serious enough to miss their next shift. Many organizations never accomplish a safety milestone of this significance.  I am really proud of the commitment demonstrated by all of our employees for this to happen.

Pronghorn Wins Excellence Awards in 2 Categories!

This Year Canadian Occupational Safety hosted the Gala virtually on October 21, 2021. Pronghorn won Awards of Excellence in the Best Health & Safety Culture and CEO of the Year categories. We were thrilled to be a finalist for the prestigious Health and Culture award. Our President & CEO, Yves Tremblay was a finalist in the CEO of the Year and was recognized for his leadership in driving a strong safety culture and engaging our employees to become accountable for their personal safety and the safety of their coworkers and families
